    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a results-driven Community Sales Manager to lead sales growth by engaging directly with local communities, expanding brand reach, and driving customer acquisition.
    • The ideal candidate has experience in community-based sales in industries such as renewable energy, FMCG, telecommunications, fintech, or microfinance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Community Engagement & Sales Growth: Develop and implement grassroots sales strategies to penetrate local markets and drive product adoption.

    Job Description

    • We are hiring a Product Trainer with strong expertise in solar panel systems and energy storage products (e.g., lithium-ion batteries, inverters).
    • You will design and deliver product training to internal teams, partners, and installers—ensuring correct product use, field readiness, and customer success.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and lead product training on PV systems, inverters, and battery storage.
    • Develop technical content: manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning materials.
    • Deliver hands-on and virtual training to sales reps, field teams, and installers.
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams for up-to-date content.
    • Support product demos, onboarding, and live field enablement sessions.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
    • 3 – 5+ years’ experience in technical/product training (solar & battery systems).
    • Strong understanding of PV technology, battery systems, and inverters.
    • Skilled in simplifying complex tech for diverse audiences.
    • Willingness to travel for on-site and field training.
