Job Description

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash and other approved forms
• Issue receipts, refunds, changes or tickets
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• MUST have knowledge of Omega and Ipratico software.
• Basic calculation skills
• Ability to use a personal computer knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
• Attention to detail.

Salary

• N50,000 monthly (Net).

• B.Sc / HND in Pharmacology or any related field.
• 0 - 1years work experience
• Applicant must have a community pharmacy experience.
• Must residearound Lekkiand its environs
