This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Lagos.
The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business development strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Development, Strategy Development, and Market Research
Experience in Sales, Partnership Building, and Contract Negotiation
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage client relationships
Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
