    Brand Communication and Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • Protect and uphold the company's brand guidelines
    • Develop and implement brand positioning strategies aligned with Company goals
    • Develop compelling content for various channels including website, social media, newsletters and marketing materials
    • Write engaging copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
    • Manage company social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering audience interaction
    • Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries and address any issues promptly
    • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts
    • Manage media inquiries and crisis communications.

    Facility Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Implement the organisation policies in aspects of housing and property management.
    • Participate in out of hours emergency maintenance service.
    • Provide technical advice to other team members/other staff or to tenants
    • Provide the Facility Manager with reports on contractor's performance, cost and service and monitor quality and value for money
    • Responsible for undertaking the inspection of properties during and after the defect’s liability period in conjunction with the Development Section.
    • Identify hazards and assess risk on designated housing unit.
    • Communicate safety and health requirements needed.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3-7 years work experience.

    Civil Engineer

    Job Description

    • Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with site construction projects.
    • Confer with supervisors and foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
    • Monitor and control project.
    • Organizing contractors including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters to carry out building tasks.
    • Ensuring proper finishing of all construction projects.
