    Assistant Legal Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Assistant Legal Manager to support our Legal Department in managing legal affairs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • The Assistant Legal Manager will work closely with the Legal Manager and other stakeholders to provide legal advice, review contracts, and mitigate legal risks.

    • Support periodic compliance audits of group companies.
    • Render support for all legal and secretarial needs of the company.
    • Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures for the department/company.
    • Draft, analyze and review legal agreements, legislation, and documents for the company and all its organs.
    • Provide legal support for heads of departments and unit heads.
    • Prepare periodic litigation and debt recovery reports for the department’s consideration and commercial teams’ knowledge.
    • Monitor compliance with all legal requirements, including contractual and commercial law, health and safety law, environmental law, labour law etc.
    • Monitor and assess ongoing litigation and debt recovery cases, ensuring execution of the best course of action. Serve on committees or special project vehicles of the company as may be directed by the group head legal.
    • Conduct appropriate research for legal cases- the legitimacy of asset deals, lawsuits, and investigation & Keep track of new updates in corporate and business law.
    • Support team leaders in negotiations for contracts with third parties and assist with company secretarial and administrative duties.

    Requirements

    • LLB Graduate
    • Between 6 - 8 Years experience
    • Corporate Commercial Experience
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Analytical mindset (Good at analyzing legal documents)

    Quality Assurance Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead the Quality vision for assigned business units
    • Responsible for all Packaging Products Quality
    • Responsible for Packaging development
    • Drive cost savings projects relating to packaging
    • Lead all Quality related loss elimination across site, identifying, eliminating, simplifying, combining and reducing QA work processes and losses.
    • Responsible for all quality input during engineering design process, all initiatives and projects (new equipment, building or capacity expansion).
    • Responsible for Leading Packaging team which develop new Packaging options and Technology.
    • Responsible for developing Packaging strategy and inputs into development of R&D Strategic plan for assigned business units.
    • Responsible for Projects management of all packaging projects, and ensuring projects deliverables are met on time, within budgets, and no technical failure.
    • Responsible for conducting all Quality Audits of Suppliers and all SAT and FAT for new process lines for assigned business units.
    • Responsible for coordinating and facilitating all New Products development (NPD) and Existing product development (EPD) in alignment with Marketing team.
    • Drive the Quality of products and packaging across the entire group and benchmarking of products and Packaging.
    • Design and review of product pallet configuration for assigned business units.

    Requirement and Skills

    • Requires academic Qualification packaging technology (Through regular education & not short-term certified programs obtained online)
    • 4 - 5 Years of experience in handling Quality aspects of packaging materials (Specifications development / Proficiency in Packaging Lab. operation)
    • 5+ years’ experience in Quality Control in Packaging operations
    • 3+ years in Supplier Quality Assurance
    • 3 - 4 Years of staff development / coaching
    • Soft skills: Good communication skills (Written / verbal), ability to handle complexity / Problem solving.

    Additional - Added advantage:

    • Knowledge / certifications on QMS / Food safety system
    • Statistical process control.
