Legal Audit Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 7 years
- Location Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and compliance audits across the Company's operations.
- Review contracts, policies, and legal documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Evaluate compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to Management.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external solicitors where necessary.
Requirements
- LL.B and B.L. (LL.M is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years' post-call experience in legal audit, compliance, corporate legal practice, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
