    Digital Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into customers for the company's ERP Solutions and ISO Learning Solutions.
    • The role requires expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content creation, AI-powered marketing, campaign optimization, and lead nurturing across multiple digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's ERP Solutions and ISO Learning Solutions.
    • Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
    • Qualify, nurture, and convert marketing leads into sales opportunities through effective follow-up, email marketing, and CRM management.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize both organic and paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
    • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
    • Create engaging, conversion-driven content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
    • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, audience targeting, campaign performance, and marketing automation.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and optimize ROI.
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and product positioning.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
    • Experience marketing B2B technology solutions, SaaS, ERP systems, or professional training services is an added advantage.
