    External Relations / Liaison Officer

    Description

    • An organization in the building & construction company needs a well-connected professional to own our external relationship strategy with government agencies, financial institutions, and industry networks.
    • This is a high-autonomy role for someone who already has the right relationships and knows how to put them to work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main liaison between BrixandTowers and government/regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and financial institutions
    • Manage the full outreach process - first contact through proposal, negotiation, and follow-up
    • Build a pipeline of agency and bank partnerships for scrap sourcing and asset recovery
    • Leverage personal contacts to accelerate deal-making
    • Represent the company at industry and government events

    Requirements

    • 5+ years' experience in business development, government relations, or institutional liaison within Nigeria
    • Demonstrable, active network across Nigerian government agencies, law enforcement, or banks
    • Proven ability to move deals forward independently
    • Strong written/verbal communication and proposal-drafting skills.
