Job Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers:

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

Take orders:

• Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

Serve food and beverages:

• Deliver orders promptly and ensure that they are presented attractively.

Customer service:

• Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, refilling drinks, answering questions, and providing additional items as requested.

Check on tables:

• Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and service.

Process payments:

• Handle cash and credit card transactions, provide bills, and give correct change.

Clean and reset tables:

• Clear dishes, clean tables, and reset them for the next guests.

Follow health and safety guidelines:

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all restaurant and food safety standards.

Collaborate with team:

• Work closely with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Upsell menu items:

• Suggest specials or popular items to enhance the dining experience.

Qualification

• 1 -2 years work experience.
