• Develop and execute digital content strategy across websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create high-quality content: project case studies, videos, infographics, newsletters, and blog posts.
• Manage social media campaigns to showcase completed projects and company milestones.
• Coordinate with project teams to capture site progress photos and videos.
• Monitor online reputation, respond to inquiries, and analyze engagement metrics.
• Produce press releases, corporate brochures, and investor presentations.
• Manage paid digital advertising (Google Ads, social media) to generate leads.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years in digital communications, content creation, or social media management; experience in real estate/construction is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), WordPress, SEO tools, and social media analytics.
• Certifications: Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot Content Marketing, or similar.
