    Vice President, Global Talent & People (HR / Talent Acquisition Leader)

    About the Role

    • Build a world‑class team by attracting and onboarding exceptional talent at speed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Design and execute aggressive global talent acquisition strategies to hire A‑players across engineering, development, sales, and technology.
    • Employer Branding Position the company as the most exciting infrastructure brand in Africa and beyond, attracting top global talent.
    • Culture & People Operations Create a high‑performance culture, onboarding systems, and scalable people operations that support explosive growth.
    • Leadership Partnership Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute talent strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Scalable HR Systems Implement modern HR technologies and processes that enable rapid scaling while maintaining excellence.
    • Retention & Engagement Develop programs that ensure employee engagement, retention, and continuous development.

    Profile & Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree
    • Proven track record in global talent acquisition and HR leadership, ideally in high‑growth companies.
    • Experience building employer brands that attract world‑class talent.
    • Strong expertise in designing scalable HR systems, onboarding, and people operations.
    • Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, high‑stakes environments with aggressive growth targets.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to execute at speed.
