We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition to join our Internal recruitment team.
This role involves end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
The ideal candidate will work with the Head of TA in contributing to strategic insights, has to be hands-on, and passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate experience while meeting business hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Create and drive initiatives to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Manage and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
Continuously review and improve recruitment strategies for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Leverage data and recruitment metrics to report on hiring performance and make data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with the employer branding team to position the company as a top employer in the BPO space.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity initiatives, and industry best practices.
Represent the organization in job fairs, campus drives, and external networking events.
Provide timely updates and feedback to stakeholders and candidates.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage recruitment functions and deliver against aggressive hiring targets.
Proficiency in using ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
A proactive and collaborative approach to solving hiring challenges in a fast-paced environment
