This is a full-time, on-site Staffing role located in Lagos.
The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and coordinating the recruitment process.
Other responsibilities include assisting with talent acquisition strategies, addressing customer inquiries within the staffing service, and supporting organizational growth by ensuring the right talent is sourced.
The role also requires collaboration with the sales and recruiting teams to provide excellent customer service and achieve company staffing objectives.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Staffing Services
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively manage client and candidate relationships
Familiarity with Sales processes, particularly in relation to staffing solutions
Ability to work well in a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven organizational and time management abilities
Previous experience in the recruitment or HR industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an asset
