    Sales and Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • Sales and Business Development Officer for a cleaning, fumigation, and epoxy company is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new commercial and residential contracts, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships.
    • This role involves selling specialized services, including facility cleaning, pest control, and durable epoxy flooring, often through targeted B2B, B2C, or property management channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development & Lead Generation.
    • Sales & Proposal Management
    • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate.
    • Market Research & Strategy.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably within facilities management, hygiene, or construction-related industries.
    • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Driver's License: Ability to travel for site inspections.
