Digital Creative Associate – Social Media & Content at Lantan Digital

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Creative Associate to join the Lantan Digital team on a part-time, fully remote basis. If you live and breathe content, can turn a blank canvas into a scroll-stopping visual, and know how to grow and engage an audience online — we want to hear from you.

This is a creative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, video, and social media, and who takes pride in producing work that stands out.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating compelling graphics, branded visuals, and digital assets for social media and marketing campaigns
• Shooting, editing, and producing engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Managing and growing social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Developing and executing content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting
• Monitoring social media performance and providing insights and recommendations
• Staying on top of trends and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and similar creative tools
• Solid graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
• Proven video editing skills — from reels and short clips to polished longer content
• Experience managing social media accounts with a track record of growth and engagement
• Excellent written communication skills for captions, scripts, and content copy
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• A portfolio or samples of previous creative work (required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Experience working with a digital agency or creative team
