Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and sales-driven sales coordinator to facilitate the sales process of our Animal Feeds.
• The ideal candidate will collate and coordinate all customers' orders across the country through the sales team, maintain customer relationships, and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Collation of sales orders from customers
• Planning sales deliveries to customers
• Negotiating all contracts with potential and prospective clients
• Preparing weekly and monthly report
• Obtaining deposit and balance of payment for clients
• Answering client's questions about credit terms, product prices, and availability
• Expanding the business by bringing more customers
• Prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
• Forecasting sales volume.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant fields
• 6 - 8 years cognate work experience preferably from Feeds Milling companies
• Conversant with the use of ERP software.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
