    Chief Commercial Officer

    Job Description

    • This officer's sales territory is Nigeria's security agencies, the judiciary and court systems, federal and state universities, and specialist government institutions including teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.
    • This territory has high deal complexity and longer procurement cycles which is precisely why it requires a commercially strategic executive, not simply a relationship manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Mandate: Security Agencies, Judiciary and Institutions
    • Target institutions: Nigeria Police Force, DSS, NIA, Army/Navy/Airforce welfare and HR systems; Federal and State High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court; federal and state universities and polytechnics; federal teaching hospitals and specialist medical institutions.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Marketing, MBA (Marketing) Minimum 8 years in sales or commercial roles with Nigerian security agencies, the judiciary, universities, or specialist government institutions — with a personal record of closing contracts at ₦50M+ with institutional heads.
    • Existing relationships at IG/DG/VC/Chief Justice level in a minimum of three target institution categories — active within the last 18 months.
    • Demonstrable ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive institutional procurement processes.
    • Experience in commercial contract structuring — sufficient to own and defend a pricing framework at Board level.
    • Prior exposure to government technology procurement in security or judicial sectors — including classified or restricted procurement processes.
    • Experience in pricing governance or revenue operations in a multi-revenue-stream business.

    Product & Brand Development Manager

    Responsibilties
    Product lifecycle management:

    • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
    • Own the product roadmap and translate business strategy into product strategy.
    • Plan and execute successful product launches.

    Strategy and market analysis:

    • Define and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
    • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and use consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
    • Assess the viability of new products and ensure they solve customer problems.

    Collaboration and leadership:

    • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product outcomes.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, agencies, and other business units.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members.

    Performance and financial management:

    • Manage product profitability and commercial success by developing business cases.
    • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to make data-driven adjustments.
    • Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies.
    • Forecast product sales and provide cost analysis for new products.

    Product development and execution:

    • Oversee product development, manage technical development, and create prototypes.
    • Manage in-life products, incorporating customer feedback and addressing issues.
    • Ensure that product requirements are met throughout the development process.

    Required

    • Degree in Business Management, with at least 5 years’ experience in product development & brand management.
    • It is expected that candidate will lead product life cycle from inception to launch.
    • Will lead research on market trends and learning developments, assess the profitability and viability of the products, drives sales excellence, and brand management.
