Senior Human Resources Officer at Bizpoint Consult Limited

Our client,  a food processing factory in Ibadan with over 400 employees, requires the services of a HR professional that will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

Requiresments:

•  3 to 6 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
• Good understanding of labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solver
• Good decision-making skills
• Strong ethical standards
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Must be resident in Ibadan and ready to travel across the nation.
