    • The Vetting Officer is responsible for conducting background checks and verifying the credentials of security personnel to ensure integrity and compliance. The role involves field verification using a motorbike and close collaboration with HR and operations teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct background checks on recruits, staff, clients, and contractors.
    • Carry out field verification and inspections.

    Requirements

    Patrol Supervisor

    • The Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing mobile patrol operations to ensure effective security coverage, proper deployment of security personnel, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. The role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, quick decision-making abilities, and active supervision of patrol activities, including incident response, security monitoring, and team coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate mobile patrol operations across assigned beats, routes, and client locations.
    • Conduct routine and unannounced patrol inspections to ensure security personnel remain alert, disciplined, and compliant with company standards.
    • Respond promptly to alarms, security incidents, and emergencies while providing effective on-site supervision and support.
    • Ensure accurate preparation and submission of patrol reports, incident reports, occurrence books, and daily activity records.
    • Enforce discipline, professionalism, and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) among patrol personnel.
    • Maintain effective communication and coordination with control room operators, security teams, and operations management.
    • Monitor patrol vehicles/bikes, security equipment, and communication devices to ensure they remain functional and operational.
    • Identify security risks, provide recommendations, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
    • Support the training, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of security personnel.
    • Ensure all patrol activities are conducted safely and in line with client requirements and company expectations.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND qualification.
    • Previous experience in security operations, mobile patrol, or supervisory roles is an added advantage.
    • Ability to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely.
    • Good knowledge of assigned routes, locations, and surrounding areas.
    • Physically fit, highly alert, and capable of working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
    • Strong sense of discipline, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions during security incidents.
    • Additional certifications or training in security management, safety, or law enforcement will be an advantage.

    Executive Driver

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and schedule trips for Company Top Management, ensuring timely and efficient transportation arrangements.
    • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational functionality of assigned vehicle(s) at all times.
    • Provide professional, respectful, and effective communication with passengers, management, and other stakeholders.
    • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing assigned duties.
    • Provide limited personal assistance and concierge support when required.
    • Maintain an impeccable personal appearance, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.

    • Perform long-distance travel and occasional weekend duties as required by operational needs.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a relevant diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • 4–6 years of professional driving experience in Nigeria, with excellent knowledge of road networks and routes.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Must be physically fit and in good health to meet job demands, including extended working hours and long-distance travel.
    • Ability to pass required background checks and verification processes.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism.
