A leading company providing technical support services in the telecoms industry requires the services of a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Develop and organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide sustainable employee welfare support services and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Promote HR programs that creates an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualification & Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources Management.
• 5 – 8 years related job experience 
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and people relations skills.
