    Sales and Retention Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Measure, monitor and build detailed qualitative and quantitative sentiment reports identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop innovative strategies to generate active business leads.
    • Work closely with the operations team to engage and retain customers. .
    • Work with the marketing/growth team to develop campaign calendars, budget, and general PR with major announcements, conferences, podcasts and other opportunities to achieve key results as set on quarterly and annual basis with specific focus on community growth.
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Content marketing.
    • Spots, Discovers, Monitors and ensure all High net-worth individuals on the Furex App and the OTC platform contribute, convert and generate revenue for the business.
    • Plan, strategize, implement and execute projects that are currently generating revenues and manage engagements with customers.
    • Ensure all HNIs concerns and questions on the OTC platform and Furex App prioritized and resolved to facilitate transaction process and conversion.
    • Forecast or set revenue and customer relationship experience targets for the team, monitor progress and ensure results are achieved.
    • Increase the user engagement and be responsible for reporting ROI and KPIs for all Sales-related programs.
    • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust all Sales & retention efforts accordingly.
    • Generate revenue for the business at all stages and manage customers’ expectations.
    • Meet and exceed the company’s set targets/milestones.

    Primary Qualifications and Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in sales and/or investor relations.
    • Solid understanding of the crypto space.
    • Advanced level of English is a must.
    • Detail oriented, pro-active in execution and project management.
    • Flexible for overtime work and enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
    • Humble and willing to learn every day.
    • Critical thinking and have a service mindset, with high emotional intelligence.
    • Excellent communications and project management skills.
    • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
