The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales and marketing campaigns for Leanx Support and its digital platform.
This role involves driving sales, generating engagement, driving sales, supporting user acquisition and retention, strengtheningmarket presence, and expanding client relationships through effective sales execution and strategic marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, creative, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth
Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure
Build, manage, and strengthen high-value client and partner relationships
Provide strategic oversight for sales and marketing initiatives that support demand generation and brand positioning
Analyze performance data to inform decision-making, forecasting, and growth planning
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the sales and marketing function to achieve targets
Lead digital marketing efforts including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Design and coordinate campaigns for major events, launches, and initiatives
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and internal/external communications.
Manage public relations efforts and maintain positive brand visibility in the community and industry.
Oversee communication for partnership development, onboarding, and relationship management.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in designing and executing integrated sales and marketing initiatives
A proven ability to translate strategyinto tactics that generate qualified leads and drive revenue
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B or service based preferred)
Ability to sell professional services or digital solutions
Strong understanding of CRM tools, lead generation and digital marketing channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging messages.
Confident public speaking and presentation skills
Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and storytelling to enhance organizational visibility.
Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Knowledge of stakeholder engagement and community relations.
Ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
