Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop organizational training plans, learning strategies, and career development initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Content & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver training programs, including workshops, e-learning, and mentoring sessions.
• Needs Assessment: Analyze individual and organizational skill gaps to determine training needs.
• Evaluation & ROI: Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training programs using metrics.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Manage training budgets and collaborate with external training providers.
• LMS Administration: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience: Usually 5+ years in L&D, training, or HR roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and project management software.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
