    Regional Sales Manager

    The Role: 

    • We are seeking highly motivated and results driven Regional Sales Managers to lead our bulk sales efforts within assigned territories. This role is designed for individuals who are proactive, target oriented, and confident in closing high value deals.
    • This is not a desk-based role. It requires consistent field activity, direct engagement with decision makers, and the ability to identify and convert large scale opportunities. The ideal candidate understands how to move from prospecting to closing and is comfortable operating independently while delivering measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To identify and actively pursue bulk purchase opportunities across sectors such as education, manufacturing, hospitality, corporate organizations, and government institutions;
    • To conduct regular field visits, meetings, and presentations to key decision makers including school administrators, procurement officers, and business owners;
    • To promote FAMAD products by clearly communicating quality, durability, pricing advantages, and customization options;
    • To negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in order to successfully close large volume sales deals;
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships encouraging repeat business and long-term partnerships
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, prospects, meetings, and conversions
    • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support business growth and product development

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in B2B sales, bulk sales, or corporate sales
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision makers
    • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a field-based environment
    • Good knowledge of the assigned city or region, including key commercial and institutional areas
    • Our retail shops shall provide Regional offices and warehouses and applicants must reside in the Region of application viz Ibadan, Lagos and Benin City
    • Must own a car or motorcycle to enable efficient movement (fuel support will be provided)
    • Ability to handle rejection, remain persistent, and consistently work towards achieving targets
