Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and result driven Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talents to meet organizational needs.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job positing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profile.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and access candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality applicants.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (in- house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast- paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
