    National Sales Manager (Cosmetics)

    • The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the company’s goals. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in the cosmetics industry, capable of motivating a team, maximizing sales performance, and building lasting relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach their full potential.
    • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute national sales strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Set clear sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.

    Sales Execution:

    • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring team alignment and execution.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that boost product visibility and sales.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

    Client Relationships:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.
    • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring a superior customer experience.
    • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
