    Manager (Customer Engagement & Sales Officer)

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Manage customer engagement efforts, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Drive sales by identifying opportunities, upselling, and promoting products/services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Prepare reports and analyze data to track customer engagement and sales performance.

    Requirements 

    • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-driven, with a focus on achieving results.
