Interior / Site Architect (with 3D Visualization) at The Brooks Africa Limited

We are looking for a creative yet pragmatic Architect, who will translate conceptual ideas into photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs used for client approvals, marketing, and sales. You will take those same renderings to the field, ensuring the physical execution matches the digital promise pixel-for-pixel. You will serve as the bridge between the dream and the delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design lead to conceptualize interior and exterior spaces, proposing material palettes, lighting schemes, and furniture layouts.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings (exterior and interior) for proposed projects using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Twin motion.
• Create immersive walkthrough animations and virtual tours to be used in sales presentations and digital marketing campaigns to pre-sell units.
• Develop digital mood boards and material palettes that align with the brand’s luxury identity, using renders to communicate the "look and feel" before procurement.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure that the physical execution of finishes, joinery, and installations aligns perfectly with the approved 3D models and technical drawings.
• Identify discrepancies between the construction and the design intent. Use your visualization skills to quickly sketch or render solutions to on-site problems for client/management approval.
• Verify that procured materials (tiles, marble, timber) match the textures and colors used in the finalized 3D renderings.
• Review and approve shop drawings from contractors, ensuring they reflect the aesthetic intent of the 3D model.
• Present rendered proposals to clients for various finishes, helping them visualize options for kitchen layouts, wardrobe designs, and flooring patterns to secure faster decisions.
• Attend client meetings during the finishing stage, using tablet-based 3D models to guide buyers through their unfinished apartment, showing them exactly how it will look upon completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practice.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a real estate development, architectural firm, or interior design firm.
• Expert knowledge of 3D Modeling software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino) and Rendering Engines (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for post-production and presentation.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, finishing materials, and site management.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic interior and exterior renders is non-negotiable.
