Job Role:           IT Administrative Officer (Female)

Job Category:    Contract (Renewable)

Age:                  25 –35 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• IT item allocation co-ordination
• IT item request co-ordination 1st layer users & systems support
• IT supplies & asset inventory co-ordination
• IT transactions coordination & administrative reporting, creating proposal and fostering
• IT procurement process standard documentation & audit compliance, general user management & support helpdesk administration
• Assist colleagues with more basic it needs by sharing it related knowledge to help others, including setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords.
• Managing database security/integrity and backup procedures.
• Writing reports, documentation and operating manuals.
• Providing user training, support and feedback.
• Archiving data.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to attend to emergency cases
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to deal with complexities
• Good understanding of software and database management system
• Knowledge of installing IT hardware and software

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in computer science or related field
• At least, 2 years prior experience in providing work station support
• Working experience of IT operating system (Windows, Exchange and Citrix)
