• Keep close watch on the production process to ensure the ice cream is being made to the right consistency, texture, and temperature.
• Regularly taste and inspect batches of ice cream for quality, making adjustments to the process as needed to maintain high standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, regularly cleaning equipment and adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Properly handle and store ingredients and finished products to maintain appropriate temperatures and ensure freshness.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies before running low; manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Efficiently package ice cream into containers while maintaining its quality, and prepare it for distribution or sale.
