Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HR Personnel to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing recruitment strategies that consistently attract the industry’s best talent.
• He/She will play a key role in building a motivated and high-performing workforce that ensures exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and enhance recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality industry
• Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, from job postings and interviews to onboarding
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates
• Conduct employee performance assessments and coordinate regular appraisals
• Design and implement employee recognition and development programs
• Ensure compliance with HR best practices and legal requirements
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the resort’s mission and values.
• Provide monthly report on employee turnover, new hire and exit staff.
• Perform other HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably within hospitality or resort settings
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and employer branding
• Demonstrated experience in employee performance assessment and appraisal systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
