    Human Resources Personnel

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced HR Personnel to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing recruitment strategies that consistently attract the industry’s best talent.
    • He/She will play a key role in building a motivated and high-performing workforce that ensures exceptional guest experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, execute, and enhance recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality industry
    • Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, from job postings and interviews to onboarding

    Waiter & Waitress

    Responsibilities

    • Provide outstanding table service to guests in the resort’s restaurant and bar.
    • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
    • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly, and professional service.

    Assistant Administrator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to resort management and departments
    • Prepare, edit, and manage reports with exceptional attention to accuracy and clarity.
    • Oversee document management, file organization, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with sending memos as required and assigned.

    Requirements

    Cook

    Key Responsibilities

    • Experienced in preparing different local foods (including Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Effik etc). Must have strong culinary skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Understanding of kitchen equipment and safety standards.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
    • Good team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.

    Executive Driver

    Job Description

    • We are seeking reliable and experienced drivers to join our team in Lagos and travel to other states in Nigeria.
    • The ideal candidates must be mature in mind and thought, with excellent knowledge of Lagos routes to ensure safe and timely transportation.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and drive defensively to ensure safety.
    • Maintain spotless cleanliness of the vehicle’s interior and windows.
    • Monitor fuel levels and ensure sufficient fuel for all journeys.
    • Keep accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, and other relevant data.
    • Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance.
    • Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and notify management two weeks prior to expiry, with a follow-up reminder one week before expiration if renewal is pending.
    • Follow designated routes accurately, utilizing Google Maps discreetly for alternative routes when necessary.
    • Perform additional lawful duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a minimum of an OND certificate.
    • Age between 30 and 50 years.
    • Minimum of 10 years of professional driving experience.
    • Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks and alternative routes.
    • Demonstrated experience in undertaking frequent and long-distance travel across different states in Nigeria.
    • Proven ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
    • Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a clean driving record and necessary driving requirements.
    • Mature mindset and professional attitude.
    • Ability to handle stressful driving situations calmly.
    • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
    • Strong time management and communication skills.
    • Ability to use GPS and navigation tools effectively.
    • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.

    • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

    • Category A: Applicants must reside within the Ajah or Eleko axis.
