    Business Development Officer (Funds Mobilization)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Officer (Funds Mobilization) to drive the growth of the company’s deposit base by mobilizing funds from individuals, businesses, and corporate organizations.
    • The ideal candidate must be able to identify opportunities, build strong customer base/relationships, and achieve assigned deposit mobilization/sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Mobilize deposits and investment funds from individuals, SMEs, and large corporate clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly deposit mobilization targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Organize client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
    • Cross-sell the company’s financial products and services to clients.
    • Prepare and submit periodic business development reports.
    • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, KYC, AML in line with regulatory guidelines.
    • Represent the company professionally at business meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in deposit mobilization role in, Commercial Banking, Microfinance Banking and other similar Financial Institutions.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Funds mobilization targets.

    Community Pharmacist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a licensed and customer-focused Community Pharmacist to oversee the operations of a community pharmacy located in Mushin (Lagos Mainland), ensure the safe and ethical dispensing of medications, provide pharmaceutical advice, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispense prescription medications accurately and in accordance with physicians’ prescriptions.
    • Counsel patients on the safe use of prescription and over-the-counter medications, including dosage, side effects, interactions, and storage.
    • Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
    • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
    • Maintain accurate patient medication records and pharmacy documentation.
    • Monitor inventory levels, order medications and supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards governing pharmacy practice.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm ) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
    • Current license to practice issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
    • NYSC completion certificate or exemption (where applicable).
    • Minimum of 2-5years’ experience in a community/wholesale’s pharmacy.
