    Executive Driver

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely transport the Company's Top Management to official meetings, appointments, and other assigned destinations.
    • Plan, coordinate, and schedule travel routes to ensure timely arrival.
    • Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
    • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or repair requirements.
    • Ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled and serviced in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
    • Strictly comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Prioritize the safety, comfort, and confidentiality of passengers during all journeys.
    • Communicate professionally, courteously, and respectfully with management, colleagues, and clients.
    • Provide limited personal assistance or concierge support to management when required.
    • Demonstrate flexibility to work weekends, extended hours, and undertake long-distance travel when necessary.
    • Maintain an excellent driving record and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a relevant Diploma, OND, or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of 4–6 years' professional driving experience in Nigeria, with excellent knowledge of major road networks and routes.
    • Valid Nigerian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and understand English.
    • Sound physical health and fitness, with the ability to undertake long-distance travel and work flexible hours.
    • Ability to pass the Company's background verification and screening process.
    • Impeccable personal appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a calm, courteous, and discreet disposition.

    Payroll/Accounts Officer

    Job Description

    • Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments
    • Maintain proper books of accounts, financial records, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and deployment expense records
    • Prepare bank reconciliations, financial reports, and account summaries for management review
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including client billing, contract payments, and vendor reconciliations
    • Monitor company expenses and financial transactions
    • Prepare and file statutory deductions and tax returns including VAT, PAYE, pension, and WHT
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
    • Support audit processes and liaise with banks, auditors, clients, and regulatory agencies when required
    • Maintain proper documentation and secure filing of accounting records
    • Track attendance records, salary schedules, and field staff payment documentation

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll and accounting functions, preferably in a security or service-based company
    • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, payroll processing, and financial reporting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and record management
    • Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple payroll schedules effectively

    Added Advantage

    • Professional accounting certification or training
    • Experience with payroll management systems and large workforce administration
    • Previous experience in the security industry or workforce management environment

    Office Cleaner

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform cleaning functions as required, including sweeping, dusting, vacuum-cleaning
    • Clean surfaces, including floors, furniture, walls, doors, windows consistently.
    • Keep office rooms, kitchen, and toilets clean and hygienic.
    • Maintain and clean all cleaning equipment utilized.
    • Empty and clean waste baskets; transporting waste material to designated collection points.
    • Ensure that the office environment is clean.
    • Always ensure cleanliness of facilities and report any instances of damage and mismanagement to the line supervisor.
    • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are followed by all staff and visitors.

    Education and Qualifications.

    • Minimum of SSCE
    • At least two (2) years working experience
    • Proficient in spoken English and any other Nigerian Languages.
