Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support business operations by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement, managing HR functions, and supporting leadership in workforce planning and performance management within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes
• Manage employee relations and ensure fair application of HR policies
• Drive performance management, appraisal, and improvement processes
• Support training, learning, and development initiatives
• Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies
• Handle disciplinary and grievance cases professionally
• Provide HR analytics and reports to support decision-making
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience (FMCG or manufacturing experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
