In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with overseeing the HR functions within our organization, ensuring the implementation of effective HR strategies that align with our company's goals.
As a key player in our leadership team, you will foster a positive workplace culture, drive talent acquisition, and lead employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a solid understanding of labor laws and best practices.
You will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance through innovative HR solutions and employee engagement programs.
Additionally, you will serve as a resource for management and staff on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
