    Human Resources (AM HR) Manager

    Description

    • CWAY NIGERIA ABUJA MANUFACTURING CO LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (AM HR) Manager to join our dedicated team.
    • In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with overseeing the HR functions within our organization, ensuring the implementation of effective HR strategies that align with our company's goals.
    • As a key player in our leadership team, you will foster a positive workplace culture, drive talent acquisition, and lead employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a solid understanding of labor laws and best practices.
    • You will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance through innovative HR solutions and employee engagement programs.
    • Additionally, you will serve as a resource for management and staff on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
    • The Human Resources Manager will adapt and implement HR policies that reflect CWAY'S commitment to excellence and adherence to compliance standards.
    • This position is critical in building and maintaining a high-performance workforce, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring that our employees thrive in a supportive environment that prioritizes their growth and well-being.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
    • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration.
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
    • Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
    • Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
    • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop HR metrics for performance improvement.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Electrical Technician

    Role Responsibilities

    • Attend to process trouble shooting in production lines.
    • Ensure zero production downtime
    • Knowledge of maintenance of packaging filling, PET Blow mold machines.
    • Resolve identified issues related to equipment, issues as conveyors, fillers, shrink packer, boiler, labeling machines e.t.c.
    • Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production.
    • Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance
    • Train team to effectively perform their assigned duties.
    • Provide guidance to new team members, on equipment repairs and maintenance.
    • Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied to, during repairs and maintenance.
    • Manage equipment maintenance and repair budget and cost.

    Requirements and skills

    • B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering
    • Proven 5 years work experience in an FMCG (Preferably in bottling Company)
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Sound understanding of safety regulation, procedures and policies with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
