This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Digital Content Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Digital Content Manager will oversee content creation, planning, management and strategy efforts, focusing on managing web and social content and producing high-quality digital graphics and written materials. Responsibilities include planning, creating, and optimizing digital contents, as well as managing content-related platforms to align with organizational goals. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified digital strategy that supports the initiative's mission and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Content Management and creating comprehensive Content Strategies
Experience in Project Management to coordinate content development and executions
Expertise in Web Content Writing and general Writing skill
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholder
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in content creation and management
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
High achieving creative with a growth mindset
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles
Have a good online presence
Experience working with non-profit organizations is an advantage
