Assist the headquarters to complete the overseas operation center to build a sustainable development talent echelon;
Responsible for the establishment, revision and implementation of the company's human resource management rules and regulations for the overseas operation center;
Responsible for docking overseas operation centers and other human resources affairs;
Assist headquarter HR related affairs and regularly communicate with overseas suppliers and meetings;
Answer questions about the labor relations of employees in overseas operation centers;
Responsible for completing the performance appraisal of the employees of overseas operation centers;
If work needs to accept short-term business trips (Africa).
Job requirements:
3 year working experience, Education: Bachelor degree, administration, business, human resources and other related majors;
Language ability: Both English and French can be used as working languages;
Those who have experience in handling international HR affairs are preferred;
Familiar with office software and related human resource management software;
Have good analysis, communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.
