Job Overview

​We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, nurturing and tech savvy Primary School Classroom Teacher to join our educator team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment where young pupils can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. You will design and implement engaging lessons that accommodate diverse learning needs, inspire and help each child reach their full potential.

​Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• ​Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) in alignment with school curriculum standards.
• ​Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and interactive technology to engage young learners.
• ​Create a print-rich and organized classroom environment that stimulates curiosity and learning.

​Pupils Assessment & Progress Tracking

• ​Assess and monitor pupil progress through formal and informal evaluations, including quizzes, portfolios, and daily observations.
• ​Maintain accurate and complete records of pupils' academic progress, attendance, and behavior.
• ​Use assessment data to identify pupils who need extra support or extension activities and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Classroom Management & Pupil Well-being

• ​Establish clear classroom rules, routines, and expectations for positive behavior.
• ​Manage pupil behavior kindly and effectively, using constructive and positive reinforcement strategies.
• ​Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture that supports the emotional and social development of every child.

Collaboration & Communication

• ​Maintain open, professional, and regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for growth.
• ​Collaborate with grade-level peers, subject specialists, and school leadership to plan curriculum, share resources, and coordinate school events.
• ​Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
