Human Resource Manager at Transinnovation Motors Nigeria Limited (TIM Motors)

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions, ensuring a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce while maintaining HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives
• Provide expert advice on HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights 

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR (e.g. CIPM ETC)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR consulting and human resources management
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Analytical Skills.
