• We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team.
• As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and driving HR initiatives.

Responsibilities;

• Provide HR support to the team
• Develop and implement HR initiatives
• Manage employee data and records
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Supporting leadership in organizational restructuring and change management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the HR field preferably in telecommunications, technology, or related industries
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM) can be advantageous.
• Experience in recruiting technical and non-technical roles (e.g., network engineers, telecom professionals).
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
