    HR Officer

    Job Description / Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
    • Provide advisory services to all employees on policies, procedures and HR related enquiries
    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Develop training and development programs
    • Assist in performance management processes
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
    • Developing job description, sourcing for candidates using various mediums, and shortlisting qualified candidates for roles
    • Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc with 3-5 years work experience.
