    HR Business Consultant

    Job Summary

    • OnePyramid Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Consultant to manage existing client accounts while driving business growth by acquiring new accounts. This role requires a professional with strong HR expertise and business development acumen to enhance our service offerings and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support, managing outsourced employees, and implementing strategies to grow the company’s business portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and support existing client accounts by delivering high-quality HR consulting services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new business accounts, expanding the company’s client portfolio.
    • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
    • Manage outsourced employees, including payroll processing, tax compliance, pensions, leave management, payslips, and ID card processing.
    • Provide HR advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws and industry best practices.
    • Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
    • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
    • Oversee HR technology solutions, including HRIS management and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or outsourcing environment.
    • Proven track record in business development, with the ability to generate and close new client accounts.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Experience in payroll management, tax compliance, and employee documentation.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work remotely, manage multiple client accounts, and drive business growth.
