    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to manage product distribution and drive sales growth within Lagos and the Southwest region.
    • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in food-related FMCG products, including flour, chicken, and seasoning products. You will be responsible for route management, product delivery, customer engagement, and market intelligence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Route Management: Visit existing customers and identify new sales opportunities along assigned routes to maximize product distribution.
    • Product Distribution: Load, unload, and deliver products directly from the van, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery.
    • Customer Service & Sales: Promote new products, build and maintain client relationships, and negotiate sales to achieve targets.
    • Cash & Records Management: Collect payments, issue invoices, reconcile receipts, and maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
    • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the company vehicle is safe and operational.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches; report insights to the sales team.
    • Route Optimization: Plan daily delivery and sales schedules to maximize efficiency and customer coverage.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food-related products (flour, chicken, seasonings).
    • Proven track record in sales and marketing within Lagos and the Southwest region.
    • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage cash, maintain accurate records, and handle deliveries.
    • Valid driver’s license with experience operating company delivery vehicles.
    • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the FMCG sector.

    Marketplace Operations Manager (E-Commerce)

    Job Summary

    • You lead the operational growth of the e-commerce marketplace.
    • You drive vendor onboarding, product catalog expansion, customer purchases, and order fulfillment efficiency.
    • You ensure products remain available, vendors remain active, and transactions increase steadily on the platform.
    • You hold responsibility for the overall marketplace performance, including vendor growth, SKU expansion, customer activity, and order execution.
    • Your focus stays on increasing transactions, improving customer experience, and scaling the platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive overall marketplace growth by increasing vendor participation, product availability, and customer transactions on the platform.
    • Lead vendor acquisition by onboarding manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to expand the marketplace supply base.
    • Expand the product catalog by increasing active SKUs and ensuring accurate listings, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
    • Increase platform sales by working with vendors on promotions, product visibility, and demand generation initiatives.
    • Monitor subscriber and customer purchasing behavior and implement initiatives that increase repeat purchases and active buyers.
    • Oversee order management operations to ensure accurate order processing, fulfillment efficiency, and timely delivery.
    • Track and report marketplace performance metrics such as vendor growth, SKU growth, active buyers, order volume, and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • 3 - 5 years experience managing operations within an e-commerce marketplace platform.
    • Previous experience working with established e-commerce companies such as Jumia, Konga, GGNG, or similar digital marketplace platforms.
    • Strong experience in vendor onboarding, marketplace supply growth, and product catalog management.
    • Proven experience driving sales growth, increasing SKU count, and improving marketplace performance.
    • Strong operational leadership with experience supervising order management and marketplace operations.
