    Head of Onboarding (Merchant Acquisition)

    Role Summary:

    • We need a results-driven leader to scale our merchant onboarding strategy across Nigeria. You'll drive acquisition, manage onboarding processes, and ensure seamless integration into our ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement merchant acquisition strategies.
    • Lead a growing team of field and inside sales reps.
    • Develop onboarding SOPs and ensure compliance with KYC requirements.
    • Analyze performance metrics to improve merchant retention and satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • 5–8 years’ experience in sales, business development, or onboarding, preferably in fintech, payments, e-commerce or telecoms.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Data-driven and result-oriented with deep local market knowledge.

    Ideal Profile:

    • An influential team leader with a proven ability to grow and scale merchant networks.
