General Manager, Farm Operations at Agbeyewa Farms

• Day-to-day management of cultivation and equipment.
• Supervising department heads.
• Manage the farm's finances
• Ensure compliance with regulations,
• Implement sustainable farming techniques and modern agricultural technologies
• Collaborate with R&D to improve crop yields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture (Master's preferred) and a minimum of IO years of progressive leadership experience in commercial farming, with at least five years in a general management position.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale farms (over 500 hectares),
• Strong business skills including budgeting and strategic planning, and knowledge of modern agricultural practices and technology.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Nigerian and West African agricultural policies, climates, and challenges.
