Quality Control & Grain Processing Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary
- The Quality Control & Grain Processing Supervisor will oversee grain processing activities and ensure all products meet established quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise grain cleaning, drying, grading, sorting, and processing activities.
- Monitor product quality throughout production.
- Implement quality assurance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Train production personnel on quality requirements.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality and production reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Microbiology, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in grain processing, food processing, agribusiness, milling, rice processing, flour milling, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems.
- Excellent supervisory and reporting skills.
