    Warehouse & Inventory Officer

    Role Summary

    • Own the integrity of our stock. You’ll manage inbound/outbound flow, maintain 100% inventory accuracy, and ensure our commodities are stored to global food-grade standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory Control: Receive, tag, store, and dispatch grains and processed commodities using FIFO/FEFO principles.
    • Record Management: Maintain accurate WMS/Excel inventory records, GRNs, SIVs, and stock cards daily.
    • Reconciliation: Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly full stock takes. Investigate and report variances.
    • Warehouse Operations: Optimize racking, fumigation schedules, pest control, and ventilation for quality preservation.
    • Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety protocols, PPE use, and fire/safety standards.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree with 3+ years in warehouse/inventory roles, preferably agri-commodities or FMCG.
    • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
    • Experience with WMS, barcode/RFID, or inventory software.
    • Knowledge of grain storage best practices is a plus.

    Operations Manager – Agribusiness & Commodity Trading

    Role Summary

    • We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our client agribusiness, warehousing, processing, logistics, and commodity trading.
    • You’ll be responsible for turning their operational strategy into daily results across multiple sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Leadership: Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company targets for volume, cost, and quality.
    • End-to-End Coordination: Plan and execute commodity aggregation, intake, warehousing, processing, and dispatch logistics.
    • Performance Management: Set, track, and report on operational KPIs: throughput, stock losses, OEE, on-time delivery, and cost/ton.
    • Team Management: Supervise supervisors, warehouse leads, factory officers, and field staff. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Process & Compliance: Standardize SOPs for warehousing, handling, and HSE. Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON, and other regulatory standards.
    • Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and dashboards for the MD/CEO with actionable insights.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
    • 3-5years’ experience managing operations in agribusiness, FMCG, milling, or commodity trading.
    • Strong knowledge of grain handling, storage, and processing workflows.
    • Proven people leadership and P&L accountability.
    • Advanced Excel + ERP/WMS proficiency.
