Brand & Marketing Specialist at Liugong

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate brand and marketing initiatives across West Africa to support regional brand development and marketing campaigns.

Key duties include:

• Assist in rolling out brand communication and marketing campaigns;
• Coordinate exhibitions, customer events, marketing promotions and offline on-site implementation;
• Create and localize English-language content for social media, press releases, customer case studies, videos and other materials;
• Liaise with distributors, vendors, media outlets and business partners;
• Collect market trends, competitor intelligence and post-event feedback;
• Undertake other ad-hoc brand and marketing support tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Communication, Design or related fields preferred;
• 1–3 years of working experience in marketing, branding, corporate communication, event execution or relevant functions;
• Strong aesthetic sense;
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency;
• Outstanding execution skills, sense of responsibility and coordination capabilities;
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking working environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with design software including Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator;
• Basic photography, videography and short video production skills;
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent;
• Proven social media operation experience;
• Hands-on experience in event execution or vendor management;
• Prior work experience in multinational cross-cultural enterprises or marketing agencies is a plus.
